Payments

Payments can be made with a major credit card providers, Pay Pal, Check, or Venmo. 

Reservations and Deposits

All reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold the date. 

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Damage Deposit

A pre-authorization of $500 is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure

Cleaning Fee

All rentals will also have a cleaning fee.

Responsibility

Lessee accepts full responsibility for any damage cause during their stay at our properties.  All damage or problems must be reported to Ercan Properties as soon as possible and will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

Use of Property

No parties of any kind are permitted in our homes.  If more then 6 guests are found at the property you will be asked to leave the premise and forfeit your deposit.

The properties should be used for residential purposes only

Animals are not permitted on property unless by nature of the laws they are required to be permitted. 

Tenant agrees to not commit any acts that would affect the rate or qualifications of carrying insurance on the premise.

Smoking is not permitted in our on the properties. If smoking occurs an additional $250 smoking fee with be charged for cleaning needs.
